The fastest way to obtain an official transcript is by submitting a Document Request Form. For any questions regarding the process of obtaining your transcript, please contact the Office of the Registrar at (212) 241-6691.
Notify the Icahn School of Medicine about the death of a graduate?
Please send the graduate's name, class year, and the date they passed to email@example.com. Please include a link to the obituary if possible.
